STEPS TO TAKE
In an emergency evacuation
1. Contact our emergency line (916) 652-7645 to find out which locations may have space available for your horse.
2. We provide housing for horse affected by emergency evacuation orders when long-term shelters are not yet open. Temporary boarding is available for up to seven days.
3. Priority will be given to horses that are current patients of LBEMG so we can quickly verify vaccination & health status before housing them near other horses at our locations.
4. Spaces are limited and are at the discretion of our staff, based on the needs of individual animals.
